- How many days you want to spend birding, or the tour you are considering.
- How many guests will travel.
- Where you would like to start and finish.
If you are unsure about any of these, just say so.
Helpful details, if you know them
- Target birds, photography interests and preferred walking pace.
- Your hotel name or location: please check it with us before booking.
- Any flight or train you need to catch: include the departure point, date and time.
- Room preferences for overnight tours, dietary or mobility needs, and loan binoculars.
Please do not send passport numbers, passport images or payment information in this first email. If you book, we will explain how to provide any required traveller details privately.
